Our Return & Refund Policy



Product Types
We offer a curated selection of physical products, including:
• Ritual-rich coffee and tea blends
• Branded print assets and handouts
• Custom-made items for events and gifting
Please note that only certain items are eligible for return.
Due to the nature of our custom-made and consumable goods, returns are accepted for:
• Unopened, unused physical products in their original packaging
• Non-customized merchandise
Depending on the item and reason for return, we offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Shipping & Return Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
• Returns should be sent to our designated fulfillment center (address provided upon request).
• We offer free returns for damaged or faulty items with photographic proof.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless store credit is requested.
