📦 Plum & Grace Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

At Plum & Grace, we aim to make every delivery as seamless and delightful as your purchase.
All orders are shipped via USPS, our trusted carrier partner.

  • Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

  • Free Shipping: Orders within the U.S. enjoy free standard shipping.

  • International Orders: International orders incur a shipping fee calculated using the most affordable USPS international rate (typically First-Class Package International).
    You can estimate the cost using the USPS shipping calculator here.

2. Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

  • Exceptions: During holidays or for custom products (like corporate gift boxes), processing may take a little longer.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

  • PO Boxes: We ship to both PO boxes and physical addresses.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • U.S. Orders: Shipping costs are already included in product pricing.

  • International Orders: A shipping fee applies, calculated by USPS based on weight (typically 2 lbs from ZIP 60462).

  • Sales Tax: We charge sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois in compliance with state tax laws.

Note: International orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery and are non-refundable.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@plumandgrace.com].
We will coordinate with our suppliers and carriers to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If the error is ours, we cover the replacement or refund.

  • If the issue arises from customer error (e.g., incorrect address), we’ll work together to find a fair solution.

  • Please note: Coffee products are non-returnable due to freshness and quality assurance.

6. Multiple Orders / Split Shipments

Plum & Grace partners with Temecula Coffee Roasters and Old Chicago Coffee Roasters.

  • If your order includes products from both, you may receive multiple packages.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

7. Returns Related to Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If it’s the customer’s mistake, we ask that you cover shipping.

  • If it’s a neutral issue, we share the responsibility to keep you happy.

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on coffee or other perishable goods.

8. Seasonal & Special Notes

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s), shipping carriers may experience delays.
We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
